Past week

Got in 5 days of walking last week. 4 days were cool and sunny. Friday it was rainy but I got my time done between the rain storms which came and went most of the day. I'm looking forward to seeing Pam, Lauren, and Rick over Thanksgiving. Krys and Lauren will get to celebrate their birthdays together. It'll be fun.

Walking

Only got 4 days of walking in this week but each of those days I did at least 3 and half miles. It was cool in the mornings. Friday I just couldn't drag myself out of bed.
